Pros
Plenty of hours, flexible schedule and positive environment. Room for advancement both on the retail side as well as the corporate side. Many opportunities to grow as a leader and a job well done is always rewarded.
Cons
Inconsistent communication, lack of overall focus from the corporate level. Frequent floor set changes make new animal releases problematic and tedious.
