Absolutely everything. to start: when i was getting trained there was no set way to do anything, I got in trouble for doing something a different manager told me to do. the other bears were nice, and fun to work with. HOWEVER, the managers themselves were very mean, cruel people. the 2 main managers made fun of my disability, my speech impediment, my insecurities, made jokes about me getting r-worded in the parking lot. they constantly talk bad about other bears TO other bears, saying how they think one girl was autistic because she didn't talk much. the managers also made racist and homophobic remarks. when my grandma was on her deathbed the main manager at the time, asked when my grandma was gonna die. when I told her I wasn't sure, she got upset that I couldn't give an exact time. lastly, horrible pay.
