Pros
It's a fun job. You don't stand around folding clothes or flipping burgers all day. You get to help build bears, dress up during launch weekends, and interact with children.
Cons
If you're not a huge fan of children, I wouldn't recommend working here. While not every customer you help is a child, most will be. While this is a fun job, it's also a very tiring job. You spend the day hosting parties, building bears, and helping customers. This job will keep you on your feet until your shift is over.
