Good atmosphere between associates. When working within the right team it can really be a joy to work there.
Cons
Many better employees overlooked for promotion and development to ASM, AWM and CWM positions based on who you know as opposed to what you know. Very heavy top down management and merchandising style Constant metric critiques 'What are you doing for me right now' mentality
