Pros

Friendly environment. Pleasant, energetic and professional co-workers. Encouraging work with children and a creative atmosphere. Good location. Good deals for guests and employees.

Cons

Pushing other items on guests, like shoes, clothes and accessories. Having to stand outside the store to persuade people to come it. This was an outdoor mall, so you were subject to the elements and smokers.

Pros

Employee discount was okay. 30% over all and 50% during christmas

Cons

Unorganized from the top down. Low pay. They prioritize things that do not matter but over look the bigger things. Promotions from with in make wayyyy less then someone being hired from the outside. It wasn’t worth my time nor energy. If upper management doesn’t care they shouldn’t expect so much from thier stores.
