Oncall system, basically waiting at home all day incase you're called in, if you don't get called in you've wasted a day and you don't get paid for being oncall Alot of pressure to sell, pouncing on customers as soon as they have walked in the store. Constant critique Feeling like a robot at times because you're just doing the same process with every customer having to say the exact same things it doesn't come across as natural and personally I find it awkward. Being called into work early sometimes with no notice and expected to stop what you're doing and get there asap Being sent home before you've finished your shift because its too quiet very annoying when you pay to travel to work! Not enough training given Management very unorganised Not entitled to holiday because you just get paid it when and if you've earned it Sometimes under staffed which causes alot of stress on the staff there trying to maintain a busy store You could do everything amazingly and exceed all expectations, rather than being praised you'll be asked how you can do even better!
