Fun environment with good staff

Target driven in some aspects

Employee discount was okay. 30% over all and 50% during christmas

Unorganized from the top down. Low pay. They prioritize things that do not matter but over look the bigger things. Promotions from with in make wayyyy less then someone being hired from the outside. It wasn’t worth my time nor energy. If upper management doesn’t care they shouldn’t expect so much from thier stores.
