favouritism from management shown blatantly towards certain staff members, rude district managers, mixed messages from staff, no guaranteed hours and simply not paid enough for the level of work expected from staff members, especially sales assistants who were often treated unfairly. when requested a name change on the system due to several staff members going by different names to their legal one, staff given a run around and ignored which caused significant distress for those staff members. high turn-around of staff members due to poor pay, hours and treatment.
