Pros
This is a completely online company with the exception of their new office in San Diego. Aside from that, you will be doing all your communications through skype and email. This is definitely a job for a self-starter. There is lots of room to try out your ideas and they are greatly appreciated. If you're looking for a good company to start implementing some of your business theories and build up your resume this is a great place to do so.
Cons
If you are a recent graduate or have entry-level experience, I recommend you go somewhere else. There is no room for advancement within the company and they offer little to no training. Everyone is busy doing their own work to nurture you. Once you are brought into a position, chances are you will stay there till you quit. I did not know anyone that advancement in my time there. If anything, I saw many people leave to pursue jobs they were truly passionate about. If you are not an expert in your field, this may not be the job for you and you will be left with little work to do or let go.
