Pros
Great work environment with a strong sense of cooperation and safety first. Fast-paced and challenging work mentally and physically. Great pay due to profit sharing, health and life benefits, 401k, and profit sharing. Friendly staff. Plethora of knowledge to be learned.
Cons
Working in yard entitles working through rain, snow, and burning heat with minimum of OSHA guidelines being administered. Long hours starting from 6am-6pm Mon-Fri. Hard labor intensive work constantly. Dangerous work zones pushed to the limit by pressuring management trying to increase productivity.
