Pros

Since my first day in the company everyone has made me feel I am part of the company, that they need me, and that I am important. The company offers a lot of benefits that most companies don't offer anymore. It is not allowed to do overtime 99% of the time, not because they don't want to pay you but because they take care of you and there is nothing more important than your wellbeing. The company has been in continuous growth during the last 5 years at least and you are promoted with their growth as well. This has been the best company I have worked at yet!

Cons

Since it is such a great company, it is not as easy to get a job. They usually require years of experience and the process and interviews are not like typical interviews.
