You stay for your students.

Cons

Terrible work environment for staff. Mismanaged breaks and schedules spill onto children schedules. Children unfortunately need to adapt to poorly executed guidance from management. Staff under appreciated. Because of unhappy staff, working with them can be unpleasant at times. Poor communication and management style. Would not recommend.
