Building Kidz has a great work environment. My job offers me a fantastic work life balance and gives me an opportunity to grow. The company has a diverse environment and respects employees from various cultures. The management supports and compensates employees to learn and develop a new skill or pursue additional educational degree. My supervisor provides me guidance to be successful at my role and schedules regular meetings to ensure I am feeling supported.
