While we recognize that compensation and benefits can always improve in the early childhood field, we remain committed to fostering a workplace where staff feel supported, heard, and respected — and we are actively working on improvements in these areas. It’s disheartening to hear that you felt the Building Kidz culture was unwelcoming as this is not the environment we aim to cultivate.
