That said, we’re sorry to hear that certain aspects of your experience didn’t meet your expectations. Concerns around staff breaks, classroom support, and ratios are important, and we want to assure you that we are compliant with all licensing requirements, including teacher-to-child ratios and health and safety standards. When a child has additional needs, such as those associated with ASD, we work closely with families and our team to determine the best support plan available within regulatory and staffing guidelines.
