Pros

Health, dental, and vision are great and the cost is largely covered by the company. Employee contributions are around 10% of premiums. 401k matches are generous, up to 3% of salary. Maternity/paternity leave are quite generous. Fringe benefits include sponsored company outings each month, annual outings, and a holiday party. Wednesday lunch and Friday breakfast are provided.

Cons

No education reimbursement at the moment. 401k match could be higher.

We are always examining our benefits offerings; thank you for this feedback! While we do not have a formal tuition reimbursement program, please bring up to your manager opportunities you come across to develop and enhance skills applicable to your role; they may be able cover costs, or help in finding alternative training.

Pros

It's nearly impossible to find a company to work for that has the same culture as Bullhorn. One thing specifically has kept me at Bullhorn: everyone WANTS you to succeed and WANTS to help you succeed, if they can.

Cons

Bullhorn is a work-from-home-first company, so there's not much outside interaction / socializing with your colleagues, unless you work in one of the offices. If that is something that is important to you, when looking for your next employer, you may want to consider working from one of the brick-and-mortar offices Bullhorn has.

The headline says it all for me! I'm so glad you're having such a positive experience here, and appreciate your advice about the remote first environment. We have some virtual events coming up in September, and I'll hope you're take part in them! Let's keep raising the bar together! - Kelley Morse, CPO

Pros

Approachable leadership that leads by example Excellent managers Top notch culture and people Flexible and remote work options Great work/life balance Unlimited PTO Solid health benefits + 401K Mentorship program Always evolving - keeps you on your toes Constant learning opportunities

Cons

Always evolving can also be a con - while I personally thrive in this setting, the constant change can (and has been) not ideal for some, especially in the last few years.

This is an incredibly thoughtful review. What sticks with me is the part on seasons and living through each of them. Getting through winter makes the summer feel just that much better, and while you're toughing it out, the relationships only deepen in times of challenge. It's a really good analogy. Thanks for giving me a few to mull on this morning. Hope you continue to love it here, thrive here through all the seasons ahead! - Kelley Morse, CPO
