      Pros

      I've had tremendous opportunity for career growth in my time at Bullhorn as the company continues to grow. More than anything though, the thing that keeps me coming back are the great team of people I get to work with every day. The company values a strong work ethic and that approach is well bought into among the team.

      Cons

      If you like to work in a steady-state environment, Bullhorn's probably not a fit. The company is constantly growing and changing and you'll be expected to grow with it.

      Pros

      As the SaaS and staffing industry starts to see some green shoots, as customers continue to get back to growth, Bullhorn is also getting back to growth - this opens up new opportunities, opens up more and more career growth opportunities, etc. And the products we're bringing to market (especially Amplify) are truly game changers and exciting. Feels like we're on the wave of something really cool here.

      Cons

      The pace at Bullhorn is not for the faint of heart - it's what makes Bullhorn exciting, but it can also be challenging to navigate at times.

      Approachable leadership that leads by example Excellent managers Top notch culture and people Flexible and remote work options Great work/life balance Unlimited PTO Solid health benefits + 401K Mentorship program Always evolving - keeps you on your toes Constant learning opportunities

      Cons

      Always evolving can also be a con - while I personally thrive in this setting, the constant change can (and has been) not ideal for some, especially in the last few years.

      This is an incredibly thoughtful review. What sticks with me is the part on seasons and living through each of them. Getting through winter makes the summer feel just that much better, and while you're toughing it out, the relationships only deepen in times of challenge. It's a really good analogy.
