Pros

Good company culture - excellent benefits. A good office and good management.

Cons

It is generally agreed that at Bullhorn most people feel underpaid. In a strong job market they just have not kept up - especially as a tech company.

Bullhorn's great culture, internal career advancement, exceptional leaders, as well as fair market compensation all contribute to long-tenured employees at Bullhorn. Since we are a performance-based organization, we reward our high-performing people with additional responsibility and above-average salary increases and bonuses. In fact, many of our most senior leaders are proof of this--for example, our Chief Revenue Officer started as an inside sales rep! And our President and Chief Technology Officer started as an intern!

Pros

Super solid culture with amazing values. Focus on innovation and future growth. Amazing CEO and leadership team. Transparent communication about the good and the bad. Consistent employee engagement initiatives (mental health, ERGs, summer and holiday parties). Growth opportunities are not drawn out for you, but they're available if you are curious, hungry and share a vision for growth.

Cons

(not a con for me, but ...) fast-paced, work hard, play hard culture

Pros

Approachable leadership that leads by example Excellent managers Top notch culture and people Flexible and remote work options Great work/life balance Unlimited PTO Solid health benefits + 401K Mentorship program Always evolving - keeps you on your toes Constant learning opportunities

Cons

Always evolving can also be a con - while I personally thrive in this setting, the constant change can (and has been) not ideal for some, especially in the last few years.

This is an incredibly thoughtful review. What sticks with me is the part on seasons and living through each of them. Getting through winter makes the summer feel just that much better, and while you're toughing it out, the relationships only deepen in times of challenge. It's a really good analogy. Thanks for giving me a few to mull on this morning. Hope you continue to love it here, thrive here through all the seasons ahead! - Kelley Morse, CPO
