Thank you for your feedback. We want to offer a different lens on this than "pulled back." We didn't set out to build a D&I initiative layered on top of the business. We intended to create programs that would drive and sustain our employee vision: that every Bullhorn employee has a sense of belonging, a voice that is heard, and a clear path for success. Our 6 Employee Resource Groups, global mentorship program, and mental health & wellbeing resources were designed around who we are as a company, not around external trends, which is exactly why there's never been a need to scale them back. The same leader who helped build these programs in 2021 still owns them today. What may look like a pullback from your perspective is actually the intended outcome: these efforts matured into standard practice, because that's what makes them real and sustainable. To be clear: we don't see this any of this as "wokeness". We are committed to inclusion for our global business, where an incredible employee experience isn't a trend to manage, but a standard we hold ourselves to. This is an incredibly thoughtful review. What sticks with me is the part on seasons and living through each of them. Getting through winter makes the summer feel just that much better, and while you're toughing it out, the relationships only deepen in times of challenge. It's a really good analogy.
