Pros

Bullhorn is full of smart people who genuinely care about doing right by customers and each other. I had the opportunity to work with leaders and individual contributors who were collaborative, knowledgeable, and willing to step in whenever help was needed. The company gives leaders a significant amount of autonomy to improve their organizations. If you see a problem and have a well-thought-out solution, you're generally trusted to own it. That made it a rewarding place to lead through change and build long-term improvements. The people are what I'll remember most. There are many individuals across the business that have become life-long friends.

Cons

The pace is fast, which can be exciting, but it also means priorities change frequently. Teams sometimes find themselves balancing new initiatives before previous ones have had enough time to mature, making it difficult to realize the full benefit of the work. As the company has grown, consistency in how priorities are reinforced across organizations has become more important. Slowing down just enough to fully operationalize key initiatives before moving to the next could create even stronger long-term results.
