Pros

Bullhorn has managed to maintain a cozy culture where they encourage collaboration and a team of employees who are always willing to help. Well connected workforce even during the pandemic, lots of ways to make sure you feel surrounded by a supportive team. If you are looking to make an impact, there is a lot of ways to do so here.

Cons

They could benefit from more sophistication in operations, act like the company they aspire to be versus reactive to the current state. Leadership is disappointingly male and white across the board but they are working to change. While they foster internal mobility opportunities and respect potential, sometimes you need people that have done the job in the top roles in order to scale.

Pros

Super solid culture with amazing values. Focus on innovation and future growth. Amazing CEO and leadership team. Transparent communication about the good and the bad. Consistent employee engagement initiatives (mental health, ERGs, summer and holiday parties). Growth opportunities are not drawn out for you, but they're available if you are curious, hungry and share a vision for growth.

Cons

(not a con for me, but ...) fast-paced, work hard, play hard culture

Pros

Approachable leadership that leads by example Excellent managers Top notch culture and people Flexible and remote work options Great work/life balance Unlimited PTO Solid health benefits + 401K Mentorship program Always evolving - keeps you on your toes Constant learning opportunities

Cons

Always evolving can also be a con - while I personally thrive in this setting, the constant change can (and has been) not ideal for some, especially in the last few years.

This is an incredibly thoughtful review. What sticks with me is the part on seasons and living through each of them. Getting through winter makes the summer feel just that much better, and while you're toughing it out, the relationships only deepen in times of challenge. It's a really good analogy. Thanks for giving me a few to mull on this morning. Hope you continue to love it here, thrive here through all the seasons ahead! - Kelley Morse, CPO
