Pros
Bullhorn is, by far, the best company I have ever worked for. The leaders care, the people are great - and the company cares about the products and services we offer.
Work/Life balance is something this company cares a lot about - and something our CEO, Art, mentions frequently in our quarterly Town Halls. The Town Halls are great and there is much more transparency than I have seen in the previous companies I have worked for.
The HR team cares deeply about us (special shout out to Todd!), and they do a good job of balancing trainings while also leading by example. I also really like that they aren't super "HR-ish" and talk to people like real people. It has to be hard to be in HR and I appreciate that the clearly spend a lot of time and reflection on how to interact with the team.
I've been promoted several times during my tenure at Bullhorn - the opportunities and compensation have been life-changing for me and my family. I've learned a ton here, lots of "what to do" and a few painful experiences of "what not to do". Coaching has been really solid, and I feel that I get feedback that is usable while not crushing me.
Long story short, this place is the real deal. Even when it gets hard (and it does sometimes), the team rallies and we all have each others backs.
