First and foremost, it's great to see you think so highly of the organization and are enjoying your experience here! As far as work life balance, there is a very thin line in Services between being fully leveraged and overworked, and while we do our best to toe that line, sometimes the work spills over into being too much. In those cases, I'd ask that you work with your manager to help adjust things to ensure that you aren't overloaded.
