Pros

- supportive management - great benefits package options - job security

Cons

- below average salary - constant acquisitions make collaboration disjointed and confusing - company says a lot about "caring for employees" but not enough to actually keep salaries at market rate, annual raise isn't even enough to keep up with inflation and just getting told at every town hall for the past year "we're watching it" with no actual justification of what's being watched or any steps being taken

Thanks for taking a few minutes to share your feedback. I can assure you that we very much care about our employees - as a leadership team, we spend a significant amount of time tracking employee engagement, listening to concerns, taking in feedback and making changes to ensure that this is a really special place for people to have a career. Our strong annual engagement scores and eNPS scores are indicative of that work. As it comes to compensation, we've announced some big changes/investments to comp at the end of last year, and to this most recent merit increase cycle in Q1. We are, like many other companies, keeping a very close eye on the current market conditions. We may not have an announcement every town hall or be able to share everything we are doing in this area, but we are watching these complex market conditions. For concerns about your particular compensation, I'd be more than happy to chat confidentially with you about those concerns, so please reach out. Your manager or functional VP are other great resources as well! - Kelley Morse, SVP, HR

Pros

Super solid culture with amazing values. Focus on innovation and future growth. Amazing CEO and leadership team. Transparent communication about the good and the bad. Consistent employee engagement initiatives (mental health, ERGs, summer and holiday parties). Growth opportunities are not drawn out for you, but they're available if you are curious, hungry and share a vision for growth.

Cons

(not a con for me, but ...) fast-paced, work hard, play hard culture

Pros

Approachable leadership that leads by example Excellent managers Top notch culture and people Flexible and remote work options Great work/life balance Unlimited PTO Solid health benefits + 401K Mentorship program Always evolving - keeps you on your toes Constant learning opportunities

Cons

Always evolving can also be a con - while I personally thrive in this setting, the constant change can (and has been) not ideal for some, especially in the last few years.

This is an incredibly thoughtful review. What sticks with me is the part on seasons and living through each of them. Getting through winter makes the summer feel just that much better, and while you're toughing it out, the relationships only deepen in times of challenge. It's a really good analogy. Thanks for giving me a few to mull on this morning. Hope you continue to love it here, thrive here through all the seasons ahead! - Kelley Morse, CPO
