Pros

The people I work with are wonderful. I am recognized and thanked for my good work. Medical insurance is affordable. Unlimited PTO. Annual bonuses are nice.

Cons

On their way to becoming a conglomerate with the number of companies they're acquiring. At the same time though they want to pretend they're still a scrappy little startup. Despite a significant amount of employees calling out low wages, it doesn't sound like they're in a hurry to do anything about it.

Appreciate you taking the time to provide us some feedback. We always love to see what's really resonating with employees, so thank you. Equally as important though is where you feel we might be falling short. I'd love to connect (confidentially of course) to learn more about your concerns, esp around pay. We do care about paying market, so if we are not giving off that impression, it would be great to understand this further. Kelley Morse, SVP, HR.

Pros

Super solid culture with amazing values. Focus on innovation and future growth. Amazing CEO and leadership team. Transparent communication about the good and the bad. Consistent employee engagement initiatives (mental health, ERGs, summer and holiday parties). Growth opportunities are not drawn out for you, but they're available if you are curious, hungry and share a vision for growth.

Cons

(not a con for me, but ...) fast-paced, work hard, play hard culture

Pros

Approachable leadership that leads by example Excellent managers Top notch culture and people Flexible and remote work options Great work/life balance Unlimited PTO Solid health benefits + 401K Mentorship program Always evolving - keeps you on your toes Constant learning opportunities

Cons

Always evolving can also be a con - while I personally thrive in this setting, the constant change can (and has been) not ideal for some, especially in the last few years.

This is an incredibly thoughtful review. What sticks with me is the part on seasons and living through each of them. Getting through winter makes the summer feel just that much better, and while you're toughing it out, the relationships only deepen in times of challenge. It's a really good analogy. Thanks for giving me a few to mull on this morning. Hope you continue to love it here, thrive here through all the seasons ahead! - Kelley Morse, CPO
