- "Unlimited" PTO seems far less of a reality outside of Tier 1 Support as we are often told we cannot book any more PTO until the rest of the team has reached 20 days. For proactive people who like to book Christmas/Easter in advance, this can be an annoyance.
- UK Salaries are a little underwhelming compared to our US counterparts and could also be a little higher compared to similar roles in the Industry.
- 40 hours a week can feel like a bit much at times. I know the "4-day working" week is touted as the next big thing by many workers, but honestly, even just a reduction to 35-hour contracts with no reduction in remuneration would go a long way to improving that all-important work/life balance.
