Pros

Company actually sticks to its core values and is genuinely honest when talking about pretty much everything. Considerate of employees as actual people, in every sense. Constantly improving

Cons

Company has definitley outgrown old management style of running all aspects of business - currently/consistently making massive positive changes to address. Initial onboarding had been brutal but has massively improved.

Appreciate you taking a few minutes to share your feedback. Maturing our business processes at every level is a key component of ensuring we can continue to scale as our business grows - I know it can sometimes feel painful (aka a con!), but the outcomes are worth it. I personally appreciate the feedback on the onboarding - that was a HUGE, cross functinal effort to evolve that piece of our employee experience. It's come a long way and we're proud of it! Please don't hesitate to share any addition or more specific feedback you have - to me, your leader, or a member of our leadership team. Thanks! - Kelley Morse, CPO

Pros

Super solid culture with amazing values. Focus on innovation and future growth. Amazing CEO and leadership team. Transparent communication about the good and the bad. Consistent employee engagement initiatives (mental health, ERGs, summer and holiday parties). Growth opportunities are not drawn out for you, but they're available if you are curious, hungry and share a vision for growth.

Cons

(not a con for me, but ...) fast-paced, work hard, play hard culture

Pros

Approachable leadership that leads by example Excellent managers Top notch culture and people Flexible and remote work options Great work/life balance Unlimited PTO Solid health benefits + 401K Mentorship program Always evolving - keeps you on your toes Constant learning opportunities

Cons

Always evolving can also be a con - while I personally thrive in this setting, the constant change can (and has been) not ideal for some, especially in the last few years.

This is an incredibly thoughtful review. What sticks with me is the part on seasons and living through each of them. Getting through winter makes the summer feel just that much better, and while you're toughing it out, the relationships only deepen in times of challenge. It's a really good analogy. Thanks for giving me a few to mull on this morning. Hope you continue to love it here, thrive here through all the seasons ahead! - Kelley Morse, CPO
