Pros

The recruitment process at BH was top notch. I interviewed with many companies (tech sales positions) while making my job change, and Bullhorn executed the best by far. The recruitment team was extremely clear regarding expectations, as transparent as possible, set proper timelines, and were very diligent in scheduling next steps and respecting where I was at in my interview process with other companies. What really impressed me was the integrity and conviction that the recruitment and leadership team had in talking about their experience with the organization and reasons why they truly love the jobs that they have. The entire interview process only took about 2.5 weeks and involved a few different video calls with various leaders. I felt very valued from the very first call and the culture at Bullhorn really is world class. Great mix of a challenging environment and reward for that hard work, not to mention the products are probably THE best option out there for the staffing & recruitment industry (where I spent the first few years of my career)

Cons

So far, none. Remote setting so meeting team members in person does not take place right away, but leadership organizes quite a few team meet ups per year

Pros

Super solid culture with amazing values. Focus on innovation and future growth. Amazing CEO and leadership team. Transparent communication about the good and the bad. Consistent employee engagement initiatives (mental health, ERGs, summer and holiday parties). Growth opportunities are not drawn out for you, but they're available if you are curious, hungry and share a vision for growth.

Cons

(not a con for me, but ...) fast-paced, work hard, play hard culture

Pros

Approachable leadership that leads by example Excellent managers Top notch culture and people Flexible and remote work options Great work/life balance Unlimited PTO Solid health benefits + 401K Mentorship program Always evolving - keeps you on your toes Constant learning opportunities

Cons

Always evolving can also be a con - while I personally thrive in this setting, the constant change can (and has been) not ideal for some, especially in the last few years.

This is an incredibly thoughtful review. What sticks with me is the part on seasons and living through each of them. Getting through winter makes the summer feel just that much better, and while you're toughing it out, the relationships only deepen in times of challenge. It's a really good analogy. Thanks for giving me a few to mull on this morning. Hope you continue to love it here, thrive here through all the seasons ahead! - Kelley Morse, CPO
