Pros

Flexible working hours and not micro managed

Cons

awful handling of acquisition of our former businesss, feel that leadership say wellbeing is a priority but actions they take impacted mental health negatively. Lots of things are said but not done, no genuine care for employees. Would not recommended working here to anyone who wants to be happy the constant change and lack of struggle made me unhappy in and outside of work

Thank you for taking a couple minutes to share your thoughts with us. One of Bullhorn's pillars of growth is centered around acquisition. We've done 10+ in the last 10 years, and each acquisition is unique in terms of culture, people, product, etc. As a leadership team, we very much care about our employees and we respect that being acquired can be a very difficult challenge and change for the teams involved. Do we get it right every single time? No - and we are up front with that on Day 1 - there will be mistakes, learnings and a lot of change involved, but we are committed to our newest employees and working together. We do very much care about our acquired employees experience. While I am sorry to see you didn't think Bullhorn's larger culture was a good fit for you, I do wish you the best in your future endeavors. - Kelley Morse, CPO

Pros

It's nearly impossible to find a company to work for that has the same culture as Bullhorn. One thing specifically has kept me at Bullhorn: everyone WANTS you to succeed and WANTS to help you succeed, if they can.

Cons

Bullhorn is a work-from-home-first company, so there's not much outside interaction / socializing with your colleagues, unless you work in one of the offices. If that is something that is important to you, when looking for your next employer, you may want to consider working from one of the brick-and-mortar offices Bullhorn has.

The headline says it all for me! I'm so glad you're having such a positive experience here, and appreciate your advice about the remote first environment. We have some virtual events coming up in September, and I'll hope you're take part in them! Let's keep raising the bar together! - Kelley Morse, CPO

Pros

Approachable leadership that leads by example Excellent managers Top notch culture and people Flexible and remote work options Great work/life balance Unlimited PTO Solid health benefits + 401K Mentorship program Always evolving - keeps you on your toes Constant learning opportunities

Cons

Always evolving can also be a con - while I personally thrive in this setting, the constant change can (and has been) not ideal for some, especially in the last few years.

This is an incredibly thoughtful review. What sticks with me is the part on seasons and living through each of them. Getting through winter makes the summer feel just that much better, and while you're toughing it out, the relationships only deepen in times of challenge. It's a really good analogy. Thanks for giving me a few to mull on this morning. Hope you continue to love it here, thrive here through all the seasons ahead! - Kelley Morse, CPO
