Like the pros above, there are a few cons that I will outline as Bullhorn not be for everyone.
-The drive for more. Bullhorn will continue to push for more, and push to deliver the best. Sometimes this can feel overwhelming as you get off one large objective, and immediately into another. This type of environment can be taxing on some. This is where the unlimited time off benefit comes in.
-Team size is lean. Your team can feel lean at times, which can result in additional stress, and increased work load.
-High opportunity can lead to lower pay. Personally speaking my high success here had me underpaid initially. Unless you are comfortable speaking on your own behalf and pushing for that increase you could see yourself underpaid.
-Fast paced environment. I was not sure whether to put this in pros or cons as it can fit in both buckets. For me, I enjoy a fast paced environment where the work does not feel stale, and I come into something new each week or each month. For some, this type of environment can be taxing. This can also mean you start something, pause it, tackle the new priority and come back to what you paused. I don't mind this, while others seemingly dread it.
