Pros
Great culture and almost everyone is super kind and supportive of each other, and the work can be really exciting and at least feels like it has the potential to be meaningful and impactful.
Cons
Dysfunction in the executive leadership team over the past several years led to short-cited decision making in regards to the company's strategic direction, staff being severely limited in their ability to execute and make an impact within their roles, ultimately resulting in multiple waves of mass layoffs every year for the past several years (which were also carried out in somewhat questionable ways) due to the company falling behind competitors, which could have been avoided with more competent and responsible executive leadership in the first place.
