      Pros

      The people for the most part are totally comitted to the brand and so loyal. There is always a glimmer of hope and confidence that things will get better

      Cons

      Inconsistent direction, decisions make no sense or no one spends any time to explain them .... they have to understand that the people on the ground need a little love too. Everyone tries to perform well but it doesnt seem to be recognized.

      Problems with management higher up then GM, management problems when it comes to employees being younger than them
