Pros
Awesome experience and interaction with multiple departments and top leadership Great work environment. Cafeteria and gym are great perks to have. Business in turnaround mode currently. Chance to be involved in a story you'll want to tell, not just collect a check. Really good people to work with. Chances to advance based on merit a lot faster than what occurs in other places.
Cons
Work life balance non existent. You can expect to put in 50 hours minimum each week easily if you want to stay afloat. More depending on department and time of month. Foreign culture doesn't adapt well to motivating US based employees. It's sink or swim and sometimes lacks a human touch. Health care plan is horrendous if you have a family. Terrible legacy processes that need to be revamped but no money to invest to improve.
