Pros
get to work long hours and over your paid 50, insurance also a joke very expensive and lack of coverage, mostly get to make ur schedule, minus having to be a 9 to 7 person most days, growing company seems to be buying more and more stores.
Cons
tons of false promises, company dont back up employees, pay does not compete with competitors, office screws up and blames store, constant district manager change over (upper management comes and goes)
