      Pros

      pay is decent, there are checklists, flow charts for most duties/ responsibilities, easy work if fast food is your thing

      Cons

      feels as i there is little room for independent thought, everything has a checklist and a sceduled time to do it, if you say lets clean the xxx today, its not doing something extra, its just doing it off schedule

      Problems with management higher up then GM, management problems when it comes to employees being younger than them
