Pros
When running my own unit, staff turn over was low, one of the best in the UK, put a non profit unit on track to make money, made a very good amount in the bonus scheme.
Cons
Area Manager or CBM are power made and up jumped do not look after their people and love being brown noised, HR is only used to remove people are normal crew members and not informed of there correct usage, bully and rudeness are commonly found across the management level.
