Too much administrative busywork with the Zenput checklists. I'm all for checklists and systems, but they are way too lengthy especially for the training checklists and evaluations. The pay for the lower level positions is also below industry standard, so it can be difficult to build a strong team with the constant turnaround. There have also been some questionable decisions that have alienated a good portion of the customer base, such as switching to frying everything in beef tallow, including the fries and onion rings.
