Pros

Friendly coworkers and good office location.

Cons

- Constantly talked down to, not only does your opinion/input not matter... you should expect to leave conversations feeling as though you lack a brain. - Senior management does not care if you are being overworked. For most positions, work life balance is totally off. - Underpaid is the way of life at BURKE. - They only hire people fresh out of school... so they can get you on the cheap. - The team is constantly told that "Everyone is replaceable." - Questionable ethics. - Some clients are extremely rude. Even when bringing this to senior management's attention, they brush it off because they do not personally have to deal with the issue at hand (and they only see the $). - Lack of range regarding client work. - Unfilled promises in relation to commission and personal goals/growth within the ladder of the company.

Pros

- Hardworking, dedicated coworkers that were unfortunately significantly underpaid. - Office location

Cons

- "Professional" corporate facade masks the questionable business ethics and severe lack of sound morals. -Prioritizing advancement for the leadership team and company reputation/notoriety comes at the expense of other team members. - Extremely notable employee turnover. Tallied a list of at least 50 turnovers for a roughly 15-20 person company in a three-year period, greatly impacting day-to-day operations. - Imposing highly unrealistic timelines, often for non-critical matters, leading to a severe lack of work/life balance. - Unprofessional, unorganized, undervalued employees - Numerous attempts to address concerns with management yielded no significant changes. Would use superficial "team bonding" happy hours as band-aids to bigger issues. - Very little respect for this company.
