Tallied a list of at least 50 turnovers for a roughly 15-20 person company in a three-year period, greatly impacting day-to-day operations. - Imposing highly unrealistic timelines, often for non-critical matters, leading to a severe lack of work/life balance. - Unprofessional, unorganized, undervalued employees - Numerous attempts to address concerns with management yielded no significant changes.
