Misleading Job Post Requirements - Assistant Project Controls Specialist Burns & McDonnell Employee Review

I recently referred someone to this company with years of experience, and their application was rejected. Not because of a lack of experience, but because they were not a recent grad. They showed me the job posts, and at the very bottom, it said, "Job Hire Type New Grad #CDB." It seems that the company is outright discriminating against applicants who can substitute education for experience, as the job post indicated.
