Pros

Project types and health benefits

Cons

Lacks overall diversity. No women in high executive positions (ie officers). No people of color in the higher executives in KC. So many project managers again, very few women, even less people of color. The company is at odds with what is has been and where it’s going. It’s time to diversify in a meaningful way. Creating D&I positions is not sufficient. It means actively hiring into management positions across all GP’s. Eliminate the excuse that there are no candidates applying. Invest in your current female and minority employees and train & promote internally. There are ZERO women in offices. It’s unacceptable. The micro and outward aggressions that I experienced was horrendous. I spoke up and was passively retaliated against. I was not staffed on any challenging projects after I spoke up.

Pros

Most people I worked with throughout the company were warm and welcoming.

Cons

The politics were a little much. Most days felt like you're on Survivor.
