Stuck in the Past - Engineer Burns & McDonnell Employee Review

Burns is stuck with an old school mentality that hurts our ability to keep good people and win certain projects. The company did not take Covid-19 seriously whatsoever, having sick people still come into the office and chastising people who worked from home. The new WFH program of 30 days is an absolute joke and less flexible than ANY of our competitors, which I suspect will lead to turnover. Things will likely not improve until we have a new CEO, who is driving a lot of the good ol' boy culture and old school mentality.
