Over the last year we have had a change in senior leadership and they are actually making positive changes. Former leaders who were Private Equity based talked a good game but it was all talk. Founders and Private Equity leaders chased the dollars and made themselves rich and the rank and file suffered. New leaders seem genuine and care about people/employees first and actually LISTEN and are making positive changes. Finally we have females on leadership teams.
