The pay is not great. Company makes a lot of money, but their greediness overrrides their employees happiness. Low employee morale-mgmt more concerned about putting work out than paying attn to employees needs. Like working in a sweatshop. The majority of mfg workers cannot speak nor understand a bit of English!
