The company is positioned very well in a highly competitive industry. Busey is big enough to meet the needs of its customers with the products and services that are expected and desired, but still small enough that customers don't just become a number and are cared for like a community bank. The company is financially solid and sound with very high asset quality. Stock ticker: BUSE trades on the Nasdaq. Financial performance has been solid and dividends increased. Good culture, management truly cares about the employees.
Cons
There are frustrations at any company, and Busey is no exception. But for the most part, the vast majority of the employees care about their jobs and their customers. If there's one thing to improve upon, it would be to continue to improve communication throughout the organization.
