      Pros

      Good programs and products. Fairly competitive rates and commissions. Good portfolio products. Well capitalized. Accessible local management. They do have some talented people.

      Cons

      Lack of management at top. Lack of vision from executive team. Not very competitive on correspondent jumbo products. Pricing could be a little better.

      Decent pay, benefits and great coworkers. Although, majority of the legacy and some newer employees left.

      Cons

      Senior management in Champaign, IL didn't understand the Chicagoland market.
