      Great place to start banking career. Mix of hands on training and reading.

      Small bank not as big as other banks- but good fit for those unfamiliar with banking industry or little experience.

      Decent pay, benefits and great coworkers. Although, majority of the legacy and some newer employees left.

      Cons

      Senior management in Champaign, IL didn't understand the Chicagoland market.
