      Not so much sales pressure , lots of free time . No stress when u reach home . Good training and through.

      Cons

      less opportunity for growth . Management knows that not all branch managers work and does nothing about it . Software very complicated.

      Decent pay, benefits and great coworkers. Although, majority of the legacy and some newer employees left.

      Cons

      Senior management in Champaign, IL didn't understand the Chicagoland market.
