      All holidays off, benefits are okay.

      Clear favoritism by management, people being passed for promotions for those less qualified, half the people don't know what they're doing.

      Decent pay, benefits and great coworkers. Although, majority of the legacy and some newer employees left.

      Senior management in Champaign, IL didn't understand the Chicagoland market.
