      Pros

      Hours, stability, pays just enough to make you feel like your not poor, benefits are okay surprisingly insurance has some IVF coverage, honestly I stay for the schedule at this point

      You're actually still poor because you are under paid, micromanaged, and deal with a lot of office politics

      Decent pay, benefits and great coworkers. Although, majority of the legacy and some newer employees left.

      Senior management in Champaign, IL didn't understand the Chicagoland market.
